Jalapeño Poppers from the Garden

20130622-174754.jpgWow, my husband made his best ever Jalepeno poppers using the peppers from our garden.  The recipe he used is HERE.  His secret ingredient is a mix of Panko and Racconto bread crumbs.  He used one flour layer, and two crumb layers. They were deep fried in peanut oil, and eaten as soon as they were cool enough!
