Thanks to Betty Crocker Gluten Free devil’s food cake mix, this years baseball cake can be eaten by everyone (still totally junk food).  There is nothing I can do about all the sugar, but the Buttercream icing is full of sweet organic butter and was easy to make.  I made homemade vanilla ice cream as requested by my son to go with his cake.
