Gluten Free Salisbury Steak

This turned out great for a wheat free, quick meal tonight.  We enjoyed this with a garden salad.  The kids ate buttered noodles with patties on the side, and my husband enjoyed the meat with gravy on his noodles.  I’ll post a picture next time.  There was no time for a “before” photo.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine with your hands: eggs, 1/3 can of soup, meat, onions, almond flour, and spices to taste.
  2. Shape meat mixture into patties and place in a deep skillet with a lid.
  3. Brown patties on each side uncovered.
  4. Combine remaining soup with one can of water and add to the skillet.
  5. Cover and cook on low until meat is done and sauce thickens.

Eat as an entre or serve with gluten free fusilli noodles, zucchini noodle, spaghetti squash noodles, or rice.
