This turned out great for a wheat free, quick meal tonight. We enjoyed this with a garden salad. The kids ate buttered noodles with patties on the side, and my husband enjoyed the meat with gravy on his noodles. I’ll post a picture next time. There was no time for a “before” photo.
Ingredients:
- 1 10.5 oz can of Pacific Foods Cream of Mushroom Soup, Condensed, Organic
- 2 lbs ground organic grass fed beef
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large organic eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 can of water
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine with your hands: eggs, 1/3 can of soup, meat, onions, almond flour, and spices to taste.
- Shape meat mixture into patties and place in a deep skillet with a lid.
- Brown patties on each side uncovered.
- Combine remaining soup with one can of water and add to the skillet.
- Cover and cook on low until meat is done and sauce thickens.
Eat as an entre or serve with gluten free fusilli noodles, zucchini noodle, spaghetti squash noodles, or rice.
