I made spaghetti squash for the first time tonight.  For a recipe go HERE.  The squash does well as a “noodle” but the kids weren’t crazy about them being yellow.  The squash has very little taste, so I probably would have had a better reception if I had just mixed in the noodles and sauce before serving.  I will wait and try this again without revealing the yellow noodles.  My less picky eaters enjoyed the dinner.
