Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix ingredients well and spread on a baking sheet in a 1/4" layer of parchment paper or silicone liner. Bake 15 min or until lightly browned on the edges. Remove from oven and sprinkle an additional cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Return to the oven until cheese begins to brown. Remove from oven. Let cool 5 min. and slice into "sticks" with a pizza cutter. Serve with warm pizza sauce.
