I don’t know why I consider shredded cheese a necessary luxury. Today at the store I read the ingredients on the shredded cheese and just set it back down. Reluctantly I purchased the big block of cheese whose ingredients were just “cheese”. To my surprise it was almost fun to shred some cheese for dinner. A few little hands even reached up for a snack as they went buy. It took only a minute to clean the grater. I just have to remember to keep it simple and make a new habit. Before long I won’t even notice all that shredded cheese.
