This little snack didn’t cause any reaction in my GAPS child. However a bowl of Rice Chex a day earlier changed his behavior like a box of chocolates. The mystery continues. I am just keeping an eye on ingredients.

Rice Chex does have BHT added as a preservative and a list of vitamins and minerals.  The crackers have no preservatives or vitamins and minerals added.
