Don’t forget the easiest recipe of all for breakfast protein. Hard boiled organic free range eggs 🙂 Just lower eggs with a slotted spoon into water that is just beginning to boil, and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from cook-top, and cool slowly by adding water in the sink (this will keep the yolks from turning green). Voila.
