A place to start for a healthy diet.

Years ago I asked a friend, whom I noticed ate very conscientiously healthy,”Where do I look for honest nutrition advice?”  She gave me several issues of Nutrition Action Healthletter, and I have enjoyed reading them ever since.  They are a wonderful way to be an educated food consumer and gradually adjust eating habits to a healthier menu.  An example is an article on eating well at Mexican restaurants– always a challenge.  Ever wonder about food dyes  and kids?  How about the 10 worst and best foods?

This newsletter has been very practical for incorporating healthier foods into our diet, and I have enjoyed having confidence that I am choosing what is best for my family.  There is a wealth of information available online at their website HERE.
