I decided to reform our menu one meal at a time. This week was breakfast.
Sunday – Bananas before church.
Monday- Eggs, natural sausage, and sprouted grain toast
Tuesday- Soaked whole wheat blueberry muffins.
Wednesday- Oatmeal with raisins and local honey.
Thursday- Cold box cereal with raw milk (exception: we need to eat what ‘s in our pantry)
Friday- Soaked whole wheat pancakes with maple syrup and uncured natural bacon.
Saturday- French toast.
