Everyone enjoys smoothies for breakfast. They are pretty fast to make, and good anytime of the day.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 2 egg yolks (from pastured organic chickens)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 T flax seed meal
- raw milk or coconut milk
- honey
- 2 cups raw spinach
- contents of 1 capsule of Bio-Kult (optional)
Blend all ingredient in a smoothie maker. Add raw milk or coconut milk until the right consistency, and sweeten to taste with honey (about 3 T for us).
