Breakfast Fruit Smoothie

Everyone enjoys smoothies for breakfast.  They are pretty fast to make, and good anytime of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 2 egg yolks (from pastured organic chickens)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 T flax seed meal
  • raw milk or coconut milk
  • honey
  • 2 cups raw spinach
  • contents of 1 capsule of Bio-Kult (optional)

Blend all ingredient in a smoothie maker.  Add raw milk or coconut milk until the right consistency, and sweeten to taste with honey (about 3 T for us).
